Who I am
ProtoLounge is run by me, Robert Ruzin, based in Latvia (EU). I'm responsible for the data you send through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect, and why
Only what you type into the application form: your name, email, product URL, and your answers about your product, revenue and what you're stuck on. I use it to review your application and reply to you, and if we work together, to prepare for our calls. That's the only reason: taking steps you asked for before we might work together (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
If you don't fill in the form, I can't consider your application.
Where it goes
Your application is stored on the server that hosts this site and forwarded to my inbox. The hosting and email providers process it on my behalf. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and I don't use it for marketing.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your application within 12 months. If we do, I keep it for as long as we work together, plus whatever accounting law requires for invoices.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies. The hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (like IP addresses) to run the server securely.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to get a copy of it. Just email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
