Focus the next 30 days on what grows your SaaS
With a technical founder running one right now (that's me, Robert)
Two 1-on-1 calls a month to decide what deserves your focus next, a progress sync every week, and email questions in between. Not an agency, not a course.
€249 a month, and zero equity.
Month to month, cancel anytime.
For founders who
- have a live and launched SaaS with 10+ paying customers
- build alone, or have nobody to challenge your decisions
- built it themselves, with AI tools, or with a freelancer
- can ship features, but aren't sure which ones matter
Don't tick every box? If I can't help, I'll tell you. Apply now
Is this for you?
Yes, if you:
- have a live SaaS with 10+ paying customers, usually $1k–5k MRR
- build alone or in a team of two or three, with nobody to challenge your decisions
- built it yourself, with Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code or Bolt, or with a freelancer who's no longer around
- can ship features, but aren't sure which ones matter
No, if you:
- don't have paying customers yet
- want someone to build the whole product for you
- want a course, a guru or a guaranteed MRR number
- won't share your numbers or your code
Sound familiar?
- What should I fix first?
- Is it my landing page, my onboarding or my pricing?
- Why does every change my AI makes break something else?
- Is my code safe enough to charge money for?
- Should I build this feature, or am I just procrastinating?
- Whose advice should I actually take?
"Keep iterating" is good advice. It just doesn't tell you what to do tomorrow.
Your options
Between doing everything alone and hiring a CTO, there isn't much.
That's the gap I fill.
| Option | What it costs | What you actually get |
|---|---|---|
| Advisor paid in equity | Usually 1–5% of your company, for years | Often a monthly catch-up with no clear deliverables |
| Fractional CTO | €4,000+ a month | Real leadership, priced for funded startups |
| Agency or freelancer | Paid per project | They build what you ask. Deciding what to build is still on you |
| Courses and communities | Cheap | Good theory. Nobody looks at your product |
| Working with me | €249 a month, zero equity, cancel anytime | I review your product, funnel and code. Three actions every two weeks. A weekly check-in |
Carta data shows the median startup has given 2–4% of its equity to advisors by Series A, and only about half of those advisors stay actively engaged.
How it works
Apply. Two minutes: what you're building and where you're stuck. I reply within one working day. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
Kickoff review, first week. I go through your product, funnel and code, and we agree on what to fix first.
A call every two weeks. 45 minutes: 5 on your numbers, 30 on your biggest problem, 10 on writing down your next three actions.
A weekly check-in. Every Friday I ask what you shipped. You answer with proof: a link, a screenshot, a number. If you stalled, we find out why.
Between calls, message me anytime, code questions included. I answer within 48 hours on weekdays.
Your first 90 days
Month 1: Get the full picture.
The kickoff review, your numbers, and a one-page list of what to fix, in order.
Month 2: Fix the biggest problem.
One problem, solved properly. The paywall that leaks, the onboarding nobody finishes, the code that breaks on every deploy.
Month 3: Make it a habit.
A weekly routine of shipping, measuring and deciding that keeps working with or without me.
In short: you stop guessing.
Every week you know what to do next, and someone checks that you did it.

Hi, I'm Robert.
Not a guru, just a CTO & Founder in the same fight as you.
Robert Ruzin on LinkedInI'm cofounder and CTO of AnyHouse, a rental-search tool that watches listing sites in real time and alerts renters the moment a new place appears. It has over 1,000 monthly users, more than 16k registrations, and over 5,000 homes found via it.
I deal with what you deal with: churn, pricing, what to build next, AI code that needs checking. The difference is that I've been writing software for 16 years, so I can look at your funnel and your code in the same call.
- Now: cofounder and CTO of AnyHouse, with a focus on B2C and B2B. 2 products, 3 platforms, one shared infrastructure.
- 4 years: Custom solutions and software development for businesses. From heating and utility billing, to ERPs, CRMs and automations.
- 2 years: Estoty, a hyper-casual mobile game studio. Where a great game idea might get killed before tomorrow morning.
- Before that: development of custom algorithmic trading engines, my own mobile games, and of course lots of failed SaaS and app ideas.
In numbers: 16 years writing code. 32+ solutions shipped. 3 years as CTO of a live SaaS. 16k+ AnyHouse registrations.
How I think:
- Ship the simple version. At AnyHouse we skipped the full mobile app and launched a chatbot that did the one thing renters needed.
- More features is usually procrastination. At $2k MRR you don't need Kubernetes, or to handle every edge case. You need your next customer, and an understanding of where to consistently get traffic.
- Honest over comfortable. If something isn't working, I'll say so.
- Your product, your call. I advise. You decide.
The honest part: I've also launched about five SaaS products of my own that went nowhere. I built first and tried to sell later. I know that trap from the inside, and I'll tell you when I see you walking into it.
What we'll work on together
- Landing page and positioning
- Onboarding and activation
- Pricing and paywall
- Churn, retention, and whether it's time to pivot
- What to build next, and what to kill
- AI-built code: stability, auth, payments, data safety
- Infrastructure and API costs that grow faster than revenue
Pricing
Monthly: €249 a month
- A kickoff review of your product, funnel and code
- Two 1-on-1 calls a month, each ending with three written actions
- A progress sync every week
- Architecture and code advice, in calls and by email
- Email questions, answered within 48 hours on weekdays
- Zero equity. Month to month, cancel anytime
Single session: €149, one time
- One 1-on-1 session on whatever you're stuck on
- I look at your product (and code, if you share it) before we talk
- A written summary with your next three actions
- Credited to your first month if you continue
I only book a session if I think I can actually help.
Need something built or fixed? Tell me what, and I'll quote a fixed price. Or I show you how and you continue with your AI tools.
Questions you probably have
- "€249 a month is a lot at my MRR."
- Money comes back as your MRR grows. Equity you give away never does. If €249 still feels like too much, start with a €149 single session. If it helps, it's credited to your first month.
- "I can just ask ChatGPT or Claude."
- You should. I use them every day. AI answers the question you ask. I tell you which question matters for your product, and on Friday I check whether you acted on the answer.
- "Why not an advisor for equity?"
- Equity is the most expensive way to pay for advice, and you can't cancel it. Here you pay monthly and stop the day it stops being useful.
- "Why should I trust you?"
- Don't, yet. Start with a single session and judge for yourself.
- "What if I need something built?"
- Tell me what, and I'll quote a fixed price. Or I show you how and you continue with your AI tools.
- "Do I need to be technical?"
- No. I explain everything in plain language. If you are technical, we go deeper.
Apply if
- your SaaS has paying customers, but growth has stalled
- you keep building features instead of fixing what matters
- your AI tools break something every time you ship
- you've been deciding everything alone for months
- you want honest pushback, not motivation
- you want help without giving up equity

FAQ
- Do you guarantee MRR growth?
- No. If someone guarantees you MRR growth, run. What I do guarantee: a clear priority list, three written actions after every call, and an honest opinion.
- Is this a course or a community?
- Neither. It's one-to-one.
- Which tools and stacks do you work with?
- Honestly, does it matter much these days? My advice: pick what most people use, because that's what AI tools know best. My own favorites are React/Next.js and Python, but I'm comfortable with whatever you've built.
- Where are you based?
- Latvia, in the EU. I work remotely and schedule calls that fit European and US time zones.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, by email. No lock-in.
- Do you take equity?
- No. You pay monthly, and that's it.
